	The small cottage seen from the west the patio three Birches in front view from the old apple tree to the patio	On the outside we have preserved the rustic charm and some wear and tear of over 60 years. Inside the cottage we had to make some radical renovation, but we managed to keep the old wooden floorboards, now newly smoothed and polished. It is wonderful to walk on them on bare feet. The cottage is ideal for two, also sleeps four and in an emergency up to six. There are 80 sqm of living space and approx. 900 sqm of a not too well kept garden at your disposal. It's a non-smoking house and we kindly ask you to smoke on the covered patio if need arises. Also please do not take pets inside the house. please, do come inside! You may use our bicycles, which are kept in the shed. They are free of charge. They are technically ok but you use them at your own risk. The patio is equipped with a venerable large wooden table and some (modernish) garden furniture.
