cottage lies on the western border of West-Berlin in the "forest-development"
of Schönwalde, near Falkensee.
"A"
stands for Autobahn /Motorway:
Bus:. The bus-stop is only five
minutes from the house.
( only for those who seek the real adventure - not dangerous but
challenging).
You will get
detailed directions after reservation.
by train:
Main Station Berlin-Spandau, from there by rented car or taxi
(12 km). Europcar is on the North Side of the station, across the
street, to the right in the "Seegefelder Straße".
Train station Falkensee
is only 4 km from the house. Change trains at Spandau.
by car:
Motorway/ Autobahn A10 Exit Falkensee, then follow
directions Schoenwalde
by
air:
Airports Tegel
( 20 min),
Tempelhof (40 min), Schönefeld (60min) - Please call for a road
map.
by boat:
Moor at the "Schönwalder Schleuse" (lock) on the
"Havel-Kanal"
From there it's a 15 minutes walk to the cottage. The warden
might get you a Taxi. Or he might not. (Please call in advance).
